The future
Paul Williams gets a shot to showcase himself on BAD against Sharmba Mitchell. It is amazing how fast Mitchell has fallen. Just a few years ago, people were predicting that he was going to beat Tsyzu in the highly anticipated rematch. Mitchell ended up getting knocked out and since then has been on the comeback trail. This is his last shot and he sort of reminds me of when William Joppy was booked against Jermaine Taylor. I haven't seen enough of Williams to get on the bandwagon and I think Mitchell has a few tricks up this sleeve to make this an interesting fight. But if history holds true just like the Taylor vs. Joppy fight, we are looking at the future of boxing in Paul Williams.
